Who We Are

It's important for an organization to understand its mission and know who they are. We are not the biggest. Quite frankly, however, we are the best.

Weir Manuel is an elite company consisting of 130 of the most talented, best trained and most highly skilled Realtors practicing residential real estate brokerage in Southeast Michigan. We have earned the reputation of serving our clients in a superior fashion based on our performance over the past 50+ years.

Our mission is to be the acknowledged leader in all of the markets in which we compete. To this end we must form and maintain close, long-term relationships with our customers, continually seeking to bring our best efforts to the task of meeting their real estate needs. Our aim is to bring to our customers the benefits of our thorough knowledge of the real estate business, our intimate acquaintance with the areas we serve and the homes in those areas, and our assurance of complete honesty and integrity.

Our primary strength is our people — a unique combination of skills, talents and entrepreneurship. The obligation of management is to provide them with an environment in which they can perform and grow, both as professionals and as individuals.

Ultimately, our success will be determined largely by our ability to establish and maintain balance in the various markets which we serve, because it is only through a balanced business base that we will be able to achieve the consistent levels of financial performance necessary for future growth. Similarly, we must commit ourselves to a management structure that fosters equilibrium between local autonomy and centralized strategy and support in order to maximize the overall effectiveness and flexibility of our organization.

This Mission Statement represents our attempt to codify the vision and values of WMR. We will read it and use it to guide our planning and activities. We will teach it to those who join our organization and we will measure ourselves against it.
