Real Estate Rebate Benefit

Weir Manuel Realtors will pay you a rebate when you purchase or sell your home.

To be eligible for the rebate you simply contact Weir Manuel Realtors at (800-662-1950) before you talk with a real estate agent. The incentive (.6%) is determined by the price you actually sell or purchase the home for. As an example, if you use the program to sell your home and purchase a home, you would then receive two separate checks based on the two different transactions:

Example: $1,650.00

The rebate will be paid or credited directly to those who use the services of Weir Manuel Realtors.
